• Milestones and project history
• Expenses and other information you choose to record

AI & Project Information

RESORSA uses artificial intelligence and related computational systems to provide portions of the service.

Information you submit may be processed to understand your Build, maintain relevant project context, evaluate evidence, identify gaps, generate responses, and recommend possible next steps.

Depending on the feature being used, information may be processed by RESORSA systems or by service providers that provide infrastructure, artificial intelligence, hosting, authentication, or other technical capabilities used to operate RESORSA.

You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information, passwords, payment-card credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that is not necessary for your Build.

AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. RESORSA output should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

• Service providers. Vendors and technology providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide infrastructure, hosting, authentication, AI functionality, communications, analytics, security, payment processing, or other operational services.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account and project history, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect RESORSA and its users.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods depending on their purpose and applicable requirements.

If access to a feature changes because of a trial or subscription change, information associated with that feature may remain stored even when the feature is no longer accessible through your current plan, unless it is deleted in accordance with applicable account controls or a valid deletion request.
